Happy Bones!

From Maria:
I'm still having good days and not so good days. But I am making big improvements each day.
We have been busy since my last blog. We had 2 sets of friends from Wyoming pass through town lately on two different days. We went into town and met with them both times and visited & visited. It was very fun.
Also, since Monica knows dancing is my favorite thing to do in the whole world, she asked Ron & I to join her for a Latin "Bachata" class last Tuesday evening. I mustered up the strength to go do it, the enthusiasm was already there. Bachata is a very mellow form of Latin dance and so it didn't work me too hard. I loved it, and Ron had fun too. We will go again next Tuesday, Lord willing.

Yesterday, Monica came over and also my landlady/neighbor and I waxed their eyebrows for them. Also did my own. Then later in afternoon I went and had a Reiki treatment--to "increase your sense of well-being and decrease pain, stress, and anxiety." It was a good session. Then we met with Monica and a friend to get something to eat. When we got back home I had had a very full day again.
My Reiki lady said she knows I have happiness in my bones and that I should draw from that. I told her yes, I do have happy bones and it made perfect sense to me that she told me that, as she wasn't sure if her message would make sense to me or not. So I will draw from my "happy bones" every day.
All of you family, friends and supporters are part of my happy bone theory and I thank the Lord for all of you.
So today was a little rough. That's what happens afterI do a lot of stuff in a day or 2 or a few. I'm not doing a darn thing today but lay and sit around just healing and working on happy thoughts.
Although, we are invited to a BBQ this evening...
