Can you believe August is almost over already? I had my 3rd chemo treatment last Wed. My CA125 count went down more from 130 to 70. That is good news. I only lost 1 more pound since last appointment. That's good too!
We just had 3 fun-filled days with my sister Claudia & John here visiting from Wisconsin. She sat with me during my chemo time and we reminisced and by the time I was finished with the treatment I was worn out with laughter. Monica was there for a while too. Claudia said she's never had so much fun in a hospital before. So it was a good day.
As seems to be the usual for me, today--the 2nd day after chemo, I had just a little nausea. Not bad, but everything leaves an icky taste in my mouth today. Hope that goes away soon.
I was pretty tuckered out today, so I just couch-potatoed it all day. I sure do love you all and hope God blesses your day. Keep the comments coming... Love~~~maria

So glad you had a good visit with Claudia and John. Your message about her sitting in chemo with you reminded me of going in when my brother had his dialysis. I am proud of you. Love you! kb
